Apple Looking To Manufacture Watches, MacBooks and HomePods in Vietnam

According to a report from CNBC, Apple is looking to make their watches, MacBooks, and HomePod devices in Vietnam. The iPhone maker is looking to move its production line away from China.

Apple was one of many big companies that saw major supply chain issues due to China’s Covid 19 lockdown policies.

According to the report, Apple has already asked partners in Vietnam to set up test production lines for MacBook and Apple Watch.

Moving more production to Vietnam would give Apple another line of production and hopefully prevent major supply chain issues in the future. Apple already makes AirPods in Vietnam.
