Justin Bieber continues his Believe Tour internationally! The first show started on September 29, 2012 in Arizona and a second leg of U.S. dates was announced. The tour just kicked off in Singapore on September 23. Justin happily greeted his Beliebers and put on another amazing show. It’s not too late to get tickets as he hits more places such as Puerto Rico and Australia!
