Miley Cyrus‘ 13-year-old sister Noah Cyrus might be taking a page or two from Miley’s book.
The pop star’s tween sister was photographed leaving a 4th of July party in Malibu holding a blue plastic cup. It was reported that Noah handed the cup over to a friend as soon as she noticed paparazzi snapping photos of her. There are no reports confirming if there was alcohol in her cup.
