I have never read the Odyssey. If I was going to start reading super-old classics I’d probably start with one that wasn’t ridiculously long. But now there’s a part of me that wants to, and it’s because ODY-C has been fantastic. I find myself getting swept up in the grand storytelling and sense of adventure, but I almost feel like I would enjoy it more wrapped in a Greek mythology skin.
