Women Accusing Russell Brand of Rape and Abuse Share Their Stories in TV Special

Accusers Share Allegations of Rape and Abuse by Russell Brand in TV Special”

In a revealing Channel 4 Dispatches documentary titled “Russell Brand: In Plain Sight,” which aired on Saturday night, five anonymous women came forward to speak about their alleged experiences of rape, sexual assault, and emotional abuse involving comedian Russell Brand.

The women bravely detailed their accusations against Brand in the televised special. One of the accusers claimed, “He’s grabbing at my underwear, pulling it to the side. I’m telling him to get off me and he won’t get off. Like, holding me up against a wall, pushing himself in me.”

Another woman alleged that Brand “grabbed me and got me on the bed. I was fully clothed, and he was naked at this point. And he held me down and he was just aggressively trying to, you know, f–k me.”

A third victim accused the “Get Him to the Greek” star of forcing his penis into her mouth to the point where she couldn’t breathe, describing how he was choking her and callously commented, “Oh, I only wanted to see your mascara run anyway.”

The documentary also included a clip from one of Brand’s stand-up comedy shows in 2006, in which he made jokes about women’s mascara running “a little bit” during certain acts.

One of the women revealed that she had never spoken publicly about the incident before because Brand seemed “untouchable.” Shockingly, one of the alleged rapes took place in Brand’s Los Angeles home, just five months after his divorce from Katy Perry was finalized.

Prior to the documentary’s release and a Sunday Times exposé on the allegations, Brand took to Instagram to vehemently deny the claims. In a video message, he said, “I have received two extremely disturbing letters, or a letter and an email, one from a mainstream media TV company, one from a newspaper, listing a litany of egregious and aggressive attacks. Amidst this litany of astonishing, rather baroque attacks, are some very serious allegations that I absolutely refute.”

Brand acknowledged his “promiscuous” past but maintained that all his relationships had always been consensual.

Page Six has reached out to representatives for Russell Brand but has not yet received a response.

“Russell Brand: In Plain Sight” is available for streaming on Channel 4.
