TNA Wrestling has been around for almost two decades, and since day one there have been rumors of the company going out of business. In 2016, Panda Energy (TNA’s parent company prior to 2016) pulled out of the company.
Early in the Summer of 2016, rockstar Billy Corgan announced he had a minority stake of the company and became President of TNA (Impact Wrestling).
“I have had to step up the last three rounds of tapings to fund, and we negotiated what I got for that funding.” said Corgan on the Busted Open Radio show.
Now, rumors are going around that TNA might not make the Pay-Per-View scheduled for this weekend and might not making be able to pay for the next set of TV Tapings.
One of Corgan’s last comments was, “If you order the pay-per-view, and I’m standing in that ring, it will be one crazy pay-per-view.” (Source. PWTorch)
